How to Be Healthy

This article is for those who wants to be active and healthy
step by step

Regular Exercise. You must exercise once every day, for 15-20 minutes. Dancing or a quick jog are always great! Turn on the radio and dance to a song you love for 10 minutes, have a five minute break and go for a 10 minute jog.

Eat Healthy foods then unhealthy food.Some Healthy Foods Are Apples,Oranges,Bananas etc

Drink a Lots Of Water in a day you should Atleast 8 glasses of water daily


4.

Participiate in outdoor games like        Football,Cricket,Baseball and Tennis etc
